Flexibility Therapy

Flexibility Therapy involves the utilization of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching, which can be described as “facilitated yoga.” During your session, your body will be guided through a series of gentle stretches that will leave you feeling simultaneously relaxed and invigorated, as well as more flexible. The increased flexibility that you will experience as a result of your session will make you less susceptible to injury, and better able to move and function optimally. This is why the Flexibility Therapy program that Shane has studied is employed by the NFL and is sanctioned by The Olympics.

Deep Muscle Stimulator

The Deep Muscle Stimulator (D.M.S.) is an amazingly effective vibrational massage device that we employ to dissolve stubborn myofascial trigger points, facilitate fascial thixotropy (the transformation of fascia from a solid to a gel state), and increase local circulation. We own two of only a handful of D.M.S. devices that are in use in the state of Texas. Other institutions employing the D.M.S. include The University of Texas at Austin and The Dallas Cowboys.
